Core Courses:
Core courses are the foundation of the CRS training curriculum and are required to earn the CRS Designation. They offer practical strategies in business planning and marketing, listing, selling, referrals, residential investments, financing and technology.

CRS Core Two-Day Classroom Courses: Comprehensive training in a classroom setting.
CRS One-Day Courses: Training on specific subjects in a classroom setting.
CRS Online Courses: Interactive online training on a variety of topics.

Elective Courses
Core Courses may also be used to fulfill elective credit requirements needed to earn the CRS Designation. In addition, students may use one-day or online courses from other course providers to fulfill the Elective credit requirement.
