At each CRS Course, students are asked to fill out a course evaluation form. On the back of this form, demographic information is collected.
In 2008, the typical student at a CRS Core Course:
- was 40-59 years old
- had been in real estate for less than ten years
- comes from varying income levels
- is interested in getting the CRS Designation in the next six months

As a whole, this is great information to have when deciding whom your courses should be marketed to. Each market has its differences, and that is why CRS sends you the evaluation results from each course you sponsor! This information is e-mailed as a .pdf file along with your CRS Course grade verification/roster reports.
