Purpose
The Trends Assessment Team will:

1. Identify and monitor key trends impacting the residential real estate market for buyers/sellers and agents, i.e. technology, demographics, etc.
2. Recommend a course of action to the appropriate committee(s) for their review and consideration that would appear to our various demographic audiences, i.e. online/live courses, webinars, bar camps or like events, member benefits and products.
3. Recommend information that needs to be harvested and stored for future analysis by staff and/or CRS committees.
4. Recommend ways to strengthen our visibility on social media sites and member participation on CRS Member Connect
5. Recommend companies, groups, or organizations that CRS should consider forming an alliance with that would enhance the image of both organizations within the marketplace.
